Juan Luna is First Bank’s First Vice President and Market Manager, a role he has held since September 2024. With over 20+ years of experience in banking and business development, Juan specializes in driving sustainable growth, strategic planning, and market expansion. He previously held senior leadership roles at Tropical Financial Credit Union, Banesco USA, Amerant Bank, and Bank of America, where he consistently exceeded performance targets and led high-impact initiatives.
Juan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University. He is deeply engaged in the community through organizations such as United Way, the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, and Hispanic Unity of Florida, promoting financial education across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach schools.
Outside of work, Juan enjoys traveling to experience new cultures and cuisines. He also spends time boating in South Florida, which provides a relaxing way to unwind and enjoy quality time with his family.
