William Pounds serves as SVP/Manager of Investor Real Estate for Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey at First Bank, where he leads the PA CREI team. Bill joined the bank in December 2024 and brings over 30 years of banking experience, including 28 years specializing in commercial real estate lending.

Before joining First Bank, Bill held senior leadership roles at Fulton Bank and Republic Bank, where he managed large CRE teams and oversaw portfolios exceeding $600 million. His track record includes consistently surpassing production goals and earning recognition for lending sales performance.

Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and dual degrees from Temple University - a BBA in accounting and an MBA in finance. He is a member of ULI and has been actively involved in his community through youth sports organizations and church leadership roles.
